In the 2011 session of the
Voters also assume these elected
officials will represent the district, not the State Chamber of Commerce that is
beholding to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce which is the engine behind outsourcing
of jobs, Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, reduced population, and open

Representative Charles Key, on the first day of the 2011 session offered an amendment which provided that all duly elected legislators would get a hearing on their bill(s) if they requested a hearing in writing. The amendment barely failed after leadership left the vote open for an unusually long time while some of the house leadership pressured some of the members to change their vote. Subsequently, two bills have been filed to correct this problem but they are currently being denied a hearing. They are HR 1004 and HJR 1004.
Unfortunately, the Chamber of Commerce agenda did pass during the 2011 session because of the abuse of power and because members caved to pressure by some leadership. IRON believes that open honest government is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we do, it certainly is not allowing power to one, nor a block of elites controlling legislative sessions to favor big business members who contribute richly to the existence of the Chambers while small business entrepreneurs are trampled and face bankruptcy.
HJR 1004 floor votes ‘NAY”
relinquished their representation also for the 2012 session.
NAY:
Armes, Banz,

Votes are on record
The issue is no longer Republicans
vs. Democrats, but rather whether your Representative is honorable and will
stand for liberty, the Constitution and his/her sworn duty to constituents. If not, then voters deserve to be
represented and those incumbents must be voted out in the 2012 Primary. Replace them with a patriot who stands
true under pressure and upholds his campaign promises to the voters. Call the Speaker and your
Legislator at 1-800-522-8502 and demand representation for your district and
then be ready to vote them out if they try to give you any excuses.
Demand open, equal, and
honest representation – we pay for it and we deserve
it!

The U.S.
Supreme Court issued one of the best and most important decisions ever on
federalism. The Court unanimously held that not just states but individuals have
standing to challenge federal laws as violations of state sovereignty under the
10th Amendment. This decision is as radical in the direction of liberty as the
New Deal was radical in the direction of socialism. Read the decision at
