Mandatory E-Verify Legislation HR 800 – nothing more fair

Currently only legal American citizens with a social security number are in the Social Security data base.    E-Verify makes it mandatory for EVERY employer to put EVERY hired worker through the SS database.  Equal Treatment for all laborers.

(Make calls for your Congressmen to sponsor HB800

HR 800 by Rep. John Carter (R-TX)  requires all employers to use  E-Verify for both new and existing employees. The Jobs Recovery Act ensures a Legal American Workforce Act of 2011, the E-LAW Act, has both party  co-sponsors.

Help plug the labor loophole and put Americans back to work.     Make E-Verify Mandatory!

Fiscal Burden of Illegal Aliens in Oklahoma

(don’t believe for a minute that illegal aliens begin to cover

their own expenses)

2010 Study by FAIR, “The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on United States Taxpayers” estimated at $443 MILLION Oklahoma state and local fiscal costs borne by  taxpayers resulting from 85,000 est. illegal aliens and 16,700 of their U.S.-born children.

2010 Cost Breakdown estimates in ($millions):

K-12 Education                                              $204.1

English  (LEP)                                                   41.1

         Sub Total                                               $245.2

University                                                       $   0.6

Medicaid                                                           43.4

SCHIP+                                                              9.8

Justice                                                                           37.2

Welfare +                                                          46.3

General                                                              82.8

          TOTAL     =   ½ BILLION    $465.3

State and local tax collections received from the illegal immigrants and their employers offset some of the estimated costs.  The study puts estimated tax receipts (in $millions):

Property tax                                                   $  9.0               Leaving net burden on

Sales tax                                                         $10.7                           state and local government

Income tax                                                      $  2.8                           at $443 million

      TOTAL CONTRIBUTIONS                  $22.6

Oklahoma Taxpayers subsidize foreign households by           $2,300/yr

Food stamp costs in Tulsa county alone                          $116 million/yr    (Tulsa World 2-14-10)

Chambers of Commerce, Hispanic Chambers, large corporations and supporters of ‘open borders’ slave labor claim the Federal Government alone owns the immigration problems, yet…

as State legislators honor their oaths of office to protect citizens with legislation halting income tax evasion, require legal labor, halt identity theft, property theft, drug running, human trafficking, gang activity, terrorism threats, drivers without insurance or licenses, school transparency costs and other clear and present dangers directly associated with the illegal alien invasion, these same people – in full combat mode -  label such legislation ‘mean spirited and bigoted’ if it profits the taxpayer.  Who’s the bigot?

THOSE that are profiting!

NEWS FROM CAROL

Oklahoma pulled our Anchor Baby Bill for lack of co-sponsors and now channel our efforts into  motivating Congressional legislation to stop the Anchor Baby Travesty

H.R. 140, the “Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011.”

Every House member in Washington should sign on as sponsors or be prepared to be voted out of office in 2014

Congressman King’s “Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011” a necessary step towards regaining control of the nation’s borders and ending the automatic granting of American citizenship to “Anchor Babies” born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents.

Congressman King stated:          The current practice of extending U.S. citizenship to hundreds of thousands of ‘Anchor Babies’ every year arises from the misapplication of the Constitution’s citizenship clause and creates an incentive for illegal aliens to cross our border. This act ends this practice by making it clear that a child born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents does not meet the standard for birthright citizenship already established by the Constitution. Passage of this bill will ensure that immigration law breakers are not rewarded, will close the door to future waves of extended family chain migration, and will help to bring an end to the global ‘birth tourism’ industry.”
